Important Exam Update: Late Arrival Policy

Please review the following critical update regarding attendance and late arrivals for all  public examinations:

  • One-Hour Cutoff: Any candidate who arrives more than one hour late after the official start time will be refused entry to the examination.

  • Mitigating Circumstances: Exceptions to this rule will only be considered in the event of documented medical emergencies or severe, unforeseen transportation issues.

  • Mandatory Documentation: For an exception to be reviewed, the candidate must provide a supporting letter from a parent or carer. This letter must explicitly state that the student had absolutely no access to a mobile phone or any other electronic communication devices during the period they were delayed.

Note: This policy is strictly enforced to maintain examination security and fairness for all students. Please plan your travel carefully to ensure arrival well ahead of the scheduled start time.

Thank you for your cooperation and support.
