Can you make a list of all the people you can trust? 

How do you show people that you are trustworthy? 

Have you ever had to trust someone to help you achieve something? 

As you watch this clip, think about these 3 questions:
1. How can you tell there is trust in the relationship between the runners?
2. Is being trustworthy hard?
3. Is there some personal sacrifice involved? Can you describe this?

Now discuss the answers to the questions that you have been thinking about.

Psalm 28 says:

The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him, and he helps me. I am very happy, and I praise him with my song.

It can be hard to trust people and there may be times when you feel as though your trust has been broken. But God is someone who will always be trustworthy. He has made the ultimate sacrifice so that you can trust him. He will not let you down.

As you listen to this song, reflect on the areas in your life where you need to trust God and allow him to speak to you.
