We Value Faith 1

Dictionary Definition:

‘Complete trust or confidence in someone or something’

What do you have faith in?  What (or who) do you completely trust?  Make a list.

Your list might include:

  • My parent/carer
  • My friends
  • This chair that I am sitting on!!

In reality, the chair could break….and people can let us down.

So, who or what can we have faith in that will not let us down?

In Proverbs, it says,

Trust the Lord with all your heart,
and don’t depend on your own understanding. Remember the Lord in all you do,
and he will give you success.

Proverbs 3: 5-6

God will not let you down like other people can, He is someone you can trust and have faith in.  What do you need to trust God for.  Maybe that’s something you need for today or for this year?

As you listen to this song, take some time to give your worries and concerns to God, then trust Him for what happens next.  He won’t let you down.
