We Can Question 2

Weekly Worship from Chaplain Josh

This week we continue to think about our ALIVE Value, ‘We can Question.’

As we looked at last week, questions help us to learn, discover and impact our decisions. We often ask questions about faith, God, beliefs, purpose, existence and more.

I wonder if you ever question your own beliefs? It’s very normal to question, challenge, wrestle or doubt at times the beliefs you have. There have definitely been moments in my life where I have doubted my belief in God and questioned my faith.

Wrestling with our faith, beliefs and values is something that we will all go through and often, through these times, we develop a maturer and more profound understanding.

What I have discovered during these moments is that God is still faithful and trustworthy. He is not angry or disappointed when we struggle in faith or have lots of questions. In fact, he welcomes us to question and wrestle with our beliefs.

This is a really helpful video to reflect on God’s trustworthiness. Let’s watch this to reflect on this morning.
